Turk and I couldn’t resist the lure of a pool, the beach, and
Souplantation, so we decided to spend a few weeks with my parents in San Diego. Turk is already loving the pool and turning into a prune.
Meanwhile, life isn’t so beachy for E. Last week, his grandfather was hit by a car and killed. At the same time, E developed a terrible infection in his mouth that resulted in a raging fever and a swollen face. He is waiting for the infection to dissipate so he can have oral surgery. Turk and I miss him very much and wish he was here in San Diego with us.
